Hulland Ward is situated on the edge of the Peak District, 5 miles from the market town of Ashbourne, just 20 minutes from Matlock and only 40 minutes away from the famous town of Bakewell, renowned for the 'Bakewell Tart'.
Just 5 minutes away is Carsington Water (open every day except Christmas Day), which plays host to many outdoor activities including: walking, water sports, birdwatching, trout fishing, cycling and pony rides. The center also boasts an excellent play area.
Nearby is the Knockerdown Inn which has been awarded Family Pub of the Year. the pub boasts many features including a fine display of farm animals including Ostriches and Donkeys, an excellent play area and a outstanding menu.
There are numerous events taking place all year round both locally and within 10 miles.
Honeysuckle Cottage 3/4 person Occupancy
There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring exposed brickwork. The stairway also has exposed brickwork and leads to the double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. Entry is via a shared hallway itno the Loung/Dining Room complete with beamed ceilings.
Rose Cottage 3 Person Occupancy
Both Cottages have their own BBQ's and garden furniture, together with stunning views and are furnished to a high standard. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Comprises a Living Kitchen/ Lounge which is fully equipped to a high standard. With the staircase leading to the double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom.
